Details
Structural features of scalding pool:The tank body is all made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate by bending and welding. The machine adopts steam heating and water lifting spray mixing to make the hot water roll up and down evenly and make the scalding effect more thorough and uniform. The covers on both sides and the upper cover are all made of 1mm thick stainless steel plate, and the middle water lifting part is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate by bending and welding.
Scalding pool / each set is equipped with power: 2 sets of water lifting motors, with a single power of 3KW.
Technical parameters of scalding pool:
The scalding rate is 99%, the scalding residual rate is 1%, and the water temperature is 56-59 ℃ according to the chicken age, and the scalding time is 2-3 minutes. Overall dimension: 7000 × one thousand × two thousand and two hundred.
